Teacher Aide – Mangere Bridge School

 

Part-time – Fixed Term

Maangere Bridge School is a diverse and multicultural Years 1–6 primary school located at the base of Te Pane o Mataoho, Maangere Mountain. Our school is a welcoming, warm, caring and friendly place where all whaanau and tamariki have a sense of belonging. We are  looking for a passionate and committed teacher aide to join us at Maangere Bridge School. The successful candidate will be collaborative, enthusiastic, committed and a team player, helping our teachers and students thrive in their learning.

Kaiawhina Māori – Māori immersion teacher aide

Parttime, Fixed term, Negotiable hours

Primary (Years 1–6) / kura tuatahi, Fluent in Te Reo Māori.
 

E rapu ana mātou i tētahi kai awhina mō ngā akomanga o Te Hiaroa.

E rapu ana mātou i tētahi e matatau ana i Te Reo Māori.  Waihoki e kaingākautia ana ki ngā mahi kapa haka.

We are looking for a very special someone to help our Māori immersion space at Mangere Bridge School, Te Hiaroa.

We are looking for someone who is fluent in Te Reo Māori. 

The successful applicant would be part of a collaborative and supportive team in the three immersion classes, Maunga Pikitia Y1-Y2, Te Ara Pūeru Y3-Y4, and Te Pane o Mataoho Y5-Y6. 

​Employee contract – Support staff in school collective agreement

Conditions: Fixed Term, Term-time only​ 

Hours of work – To be negotiated, Monday to Friday
